It is an independent apartment with a long living room, kitchenette and bathroom on the ground floor; on the first one there is a double room with a nice view on the garden, a bathroom with tub and shower and a single room that can be converted in a twin by adding an extra bed. On the upper floor there's a loft, another living room with sofa but can also be used as another comfortable double rooom.

The entire apartment has a modern concept but it still preserves some typical elements of Venitian style like wooden beamed ceiling and parquet floors; moreover it is provided of all the conforts and services following reported.

Baia is inside Sestiere of Cannaregio only 10 minutes on foot from the train station and 5 minutes from the stop of the vaporetto S.Marcuola. Nearby there's Strada Nova that crosses all the Sestiere from the Train Station on the way to Rialto. This area is one of the most animated ones in Venice with its typical restaurants, fruits and vegetables market and every kind of stores and shops.

All around there're several public boats from where to sail to visit the rest of Venice and/or take a trip to the Lido or one of the other islands such as Murano, Burano, or Torcello.
